Six years later, after stints in kitchens around NYC, Sophie is a seasoned home-chef with restaurant expertise. Her plating as stylish as her execution is exacting. 

“Although I am now expanding my services to share my food with others, the twelve year-old’s mission has not changed: through food, I strive to create memorable moments grounded in celebration, intimacy, and sophistication.
