My name is Sophie Teitelbaum. Having been raised in New York City, I have been surrounded by amazing food my entire life. While I had always taken an interest in cooking, it was not until COVID, when we were forced to stay inside, that I decided to hone my craft. At the ripe age of 12, I prepared dinner for my family each night, exploring new cuisines and techniques.

Six years later, not much has changed, except I am now more confident in my cooking abilities, and have become a seasoned home cook with restaurant experience. Although I am now expanding my services to share my food with others, my mission and goal has not changed at all since sixth grade, exploring the kitchen for the first time; I strive to create memorable moments surrounding food that are grounded in celebration, intimacy, and sophistication.

Thee Little Chef is a fitting title. As a high school senior, I am certainly young. However, where I lack in age, I make up for in extensive experience and commitment to high standards. I am not just the little chef, but I am thee little chef, perfect for any occasion.
